氮磷配施对苦笋品质及竹林土壤的影响

研究氮磷配施对苦笋产量、品质及土壤理化性质的影响,分析影响苦笋品质的主要因素,探求苦竹的科学施肥方案,以提高其产量和品质。设置2个氮水平梯度(375和625 kg·hm-2)和3种氮磷配比(16∶5、16∶9、16∶12)的6种组合处理,以未开发的天然苦竹林作为对照,明确氮磷配施对苦笋产量和品质的影响,并利用冗余分析探究土壤理化性质与苦笋品质之间的关系。(1)氮磷配施可显著提高苦笋产量,增幅达41。55%~152。63%;(2)氮磷配施能提高苦笋中氮磷累积量以及其利用率,改善苦笋营养品质和食味品质,当施氮量为 375 kg·hm-2,氮磷配比为 16∶5 时苦笋口感最好,营养价值最高;(3)施肥能显著提高土壤中硝态氮、铵态氮、全磷、有效磷的含量,在一定程度上加剧了土壤酸化,但对土壤中碱解氮含量影响不显著;(4)出笋末期土壤铵态氮和全磷含量要显著低于出笋初期,全氮、碱解氮、有机质、有效磷含量显著高于出笋初期;对于硝态氮含量而言,在低氮条件下,初期含量显著高于末期,降幅达 31。46%~37。32%,但在高氮条件下则是末期高于初期。氮肥是决定苦竹发笋量的决定性因素,且施氮量为 375 kg·hm-2,氮磷配比为 16∶5 时,苦笋产量和品质最好。
Effects of nitrogen and phosphorus combined application on the quality of bitter bamboo shoots and bamboo forest soil
The effects of nitrogen and phosphorus application on the yield,quality and soil physical and chemical properties of bitter bamboo shoots were studied,and the main factors affecting the quality of bitter bamboo shoots were analyzed to explore scientific fertilization scheme of bitter bamboo to improve yield and quality.Six combinations of two nitrogen application rate(375 and 625 kg·hm-2)and three nitrogen to phosphorus ratios(16∶5,16∶9,16∶12)were set up,taking the undeveloped natural bitter bamboo forest as the control,to clarify the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus combined application on the yield and quality of bitter bamboo shoots.The redundancy analysis was used to explore the relationship between soil physical and chemical properties and the quality of bitter bamboo shoots.(1)Combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus significantly increased the yield of bitter bamboo shoots by 41.55%-152.63%;(2)Combined application of nitrogen and phosphorus improved the accumulation and utilization of nitrogen and phosphorus in bitter bamboo shoots,and improved the nutritional quality and eating quality of bitter bamboo shoots;When applying 375 kg·hm-2 nitrogen fertilizer and the ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus was 16∶5,the bitter bamboo shoots had the best taste and the highest nutritional value;(3)Fertilization significantly increased the content of nitrate nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil,to some extent,aggravate soil acidification,but had no significant effect on the content of alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen in soil;(4)The contents of ammonium nitrogen and total phosphorus in soil at the late shoot emergence stage were significantly lower than those at the early shoot emergence stage,while the contents of total nitrogen,alkali hydrolyzable nitrogen,organic matter and available phosphorus were significantly higher than those at the early shoot emergence stage;For nitrate nitrogen content,under low nitrogen conditions,the content in the early stage was significantly higher than that in the late stage,with a decrease of 31.46%-37.32%,but under high nitrogen conditions,the content in the late stage was higher than that in the early stage.Nitrogen fertilizer is the decisive factor to determine the shoot amount of bitter bamboo,the yield and quality of bitter bamboo shoots are the best under the treatment of 375 kg·hm-2 of nitrogen fertilizer and 16∶5 of nitrogen and phosphorus ratio.
