基于层次分析-客观赋权法的耕地质量等级评价方法研究与实证

耕地质量等级评价是落实"藏粮于地、藏粮于技"战略部署的一项长期性和基础性工作,对指导耕地质量管理、保障国家粮食安全和农业可持续发展具有重要意义。为了准确表达耕地质量评价高维性、复杂性和非线性特点,提高耕地质量评价精度,运用客观赋权(CRITIC)法确定指标权重,以野外调查及检测数据为基础,结合遥感、地理信息系统优化评价指标赋值方法,从地形地貌、土壤性状、农田管理和生态安全 4 个方面构建耕地质量评价体系,并以呼和浩特市耕地为例进行了实证。结果表明:呼和浩特市平均耕地质量等级为5。84,处于中等水平,总体表现为中部耕地质量较好、西北部次之、东南部最低的空间分布特征,土壤贫瘠、盐渍化和灌排设施不完善成为制约耕地质量提升的主要因素。从耕地质量等级空间分布来看,1~4 等较高水平耕地面积为 11。19万hm2,占比 20。13%;5~7 等中等质量水平耕地面积 35。67 万hm2,占比 64。14%;8~10 等较低水平耕地面积为 8。75 万hm2,占比 15。73%,总体分布规律基本符合正态分布。研究结果与国标法评价结果基本一致,表明CRITIC耕地质量等级评价方法可以准确、客观反映耕地质量水平,能有效运用于其他区域耕地质量等级评价研究,是对已有耕地质量等级评价方法的重要补充,同时为其他地区耕地质量评价提供借鉴与参考。
Research and demonstration of cultivated land quality grade evaluation method based on AHP-CRITIC method
Cultivated land quality grade evaluation is a long-term and basic work in implementing the strategic deployment of"grain storage in land and grain storage in technology",which is of great significance in guiding cultivated land quality management,ensuring national food security and agricultural sustainable development.In order to accurately express the high dimension,complexity and nonlinear characteristics of cultivated land quality evaluation and improve the accuracy of cultivated land quality evaluation,this study used objective weighting method(Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation,referred to as CRITIC)to determine index weights,based on field investigation and detection data,combined with remote sensing and geographic information system optimization evaluation index assignment method.The cultivated land quality evaluation system was constructed from four aspects:landform,soil character,farmland management and ecological security,and the cultivated land in Hohhot city was taken as an example.The results showed that the average quality level of cultivated land in Hohhot was 5.84,which was at the medium level.The quality of cultivated land in the central part of Hohhot was better,followed by that in the northwest,and it was the lowest in the southeast.Poor soil,salinization and imperfect irrigation and drainage facilities were the main factors restricting the improvement of cultivated land quality.From the perspective of the spatial distribution of cultivated land quality grade,the area of high-level cultivated land at 1st-4th level was 111900 hm2,accounting for 20.13%;The area of medium quality cultivated land at 5th-7th was 356700 hm2,accounting for 64.14%;The area of low-level cultivated land at 8th-10th was 87500 hm2,accounting for 15.73%,and the overall distribution was basically conforms with normal distribution.The results of this study are basically consistent with the evaluation results of national standard method.It shows that the CRITIG evaluation method of cultivated land quality grade can accurately and objectively reflect the quality level of cultivated land,and can be effectively applied to the evaluation research of cultivated land quality grade in other areas.It is an important supplement to the existing cultivated land quality grade evaluation methods,and provides reference for the cultivated land quality evaluation in other areas.
