有机物料与化肥配施提升土壤肥力、养分利用和玉米产量研究

为探究不同有机物料的施肥效应,指导有机物料合理利用,促进作物高产稳产。进行了有机物料与化肥配施试验,以玉米为供试作物,设置 5 个处理,分别为单施化肥(CK)、羊粪+化肥(AF)、木薯渣+化肥(PF)、木本泥炭+化肥(MF)、味精废浆料+化肥(IF),研究了等有机物料与化肥用量条件下不同处理对土壤理化性质和玉米养分吸收及产量的影响。结果表明,与CK相比,AF、PF、MF和IF处理的土壤有机质含量分别提升了 8。96%、18。60%、7。93%和 24。67%,且各处理提升了土壤碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量,MF处理降低了土壤电导率,除AF处理外,其他处理均降低了土壤pH;其中,IF处理土壤有机质含量最高,PF处理土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量最高,AF处理土壤有效磷含量最高。施用有机物料增加了玉米植株的养分含量和积累量,提高了玉米产量;其中,IF处理玉米茎叶的氮和钾含量与积累量均最高,籽粒的钾积累量也最高;AF处理玉米茎叶的磷含量和积累量最高,籽粒的钾含量也最高;PF处理玉米籽粒的磷含量和积累量最高。施用有机物料提高了玉米产量及产量构成因素,其中,MF处理玉米穗粒数最多,PF处理玉米穗重最高,IF处理玉米百粒重最高;相比CK,AF、PF、MF和IF处理的玉米产量分别提高了 9。97%、16。22%、7。65%和 17。03%,其中,IF处理的增产效果最好。可见,不同有机物料与化肥配施均可以改善土壤理化性质,促进玉米养分吸收利用,提高玉米产量,但不同有机物料的影响不同。
Experimental study on combined application of organic materials and chemical fertilizers to improve soil fertility,nutrient utilization and maize yield
In order to explore the fertilization effect of different organic materials,guide the rational utilization of organic materials,and promote high and stable crop yields,the combined application test of organic materials and chemical fertilizers was carried out.And five treatments were set up with corn as the test crop,namely single application of chemical fertilizer(CK),sheep manure+chemical fertilizer(AF),cassava residue+chemical fertilizer(PF),woody peat+chemical fertilizer(MF),monosodium glutamate waste slurry+chemical fertilizer(IF),and the effects of different treatments of organic materials and chemical fertilizer dosage on soil physical and chemical properties and maize nutrient uptake and yield were studied.The results showed that compared with CK,the soil organic matter content of AF,PF,MF and IF treatment increased by 8.96%,18.60%,7.93%and 24.67%,respectively,and the contents of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium were also increased.The soil conductivity was reduced by MF treatment,and soil pH was reduced by other treatments except AF treatment.Among them,the IF treatment had the highest content of soil organic matter,PF treatment soil with the highest content of alkaline hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium,and AF treatment soil with the highest available phosphorus content.The application of organic materials increased the nutrient content and accumulation of maize plants,and increased the yield of maize.Among them,the nitrogen and potassium contents and accumulation of maize stems and leaves treated with IF treatment were the highest,and the potassium accumulation of grain was also the highest.AF treatment maize had the highest phosphorus content and accumulation in stems and leaves,and the highest potassium content in grains.PF treatment maize grains had the highest phosphorus content and accumulation.The application of organic materials increased the yield and yield composition factors of maize,among which MF treatment maize had the highest number of grains per ear,PF treatment maize ear weights were the highest,and IF treatment maize had the highest 100-grain weight.Compared with CK,the yields of maize treated with AF,PF,MF and IF treatment increased by 9.97%,16.22%,7.65%and 17.03%,respectively,among which the yield increase effect of IF treatment was the best.It could be seen that the combined application of different organic materials and chemical fertilizers could improve soil physical and chemical properties,promote the absorption and utilization of corn nutrients,and increase maize yield,but the effects of different organic materials were different.
