摘要

为建立盐碱土中水溶性Cl-、NO3-和SO42-的提取与离子色谱仪同时测定的方法,选取采自新疆和宁夏 2个盐碱地土样进行正交试验,优化土壤水溶性阴离子浸提过程,水土比例对水溶性离子的测定结果影响显著.选择浸提条件为水土比例 5∶1,振荡时间为 3 min,浸提液离心后过 0.45 μm滤膜,待测液Cl-、NO3-、SO42-采用离子色谱同时测定.结果表明,离子色谱法测定 3 种离子线性范围均为 0.2~20 mg/L;方法检出限Cl-为0.18 mg/kg,NO3-为 0.12 mg/kg,SO42-为 0.38 mg/kg.3 种离子 6 次测定结果相对标准偏差均<5%;加标回收率90.6%~104%;11 种不同地点的盐碱土土壤水溶性盐浸提液中Cl-、NO3-、SO42-的测定结果分别与电位滴定法、连续流动分析仪法、硫酸钡质量法测定数值之间具有较好的相关性.本方法的检出限、准确度、精密度能满足盐碱土土壤水溶性Cl-、NO3-和SO42-离子含量的同时测定,省时省力.

Abstract

The study was to establish a method for the extraction and determination of water-soluble Cl-,NO3-,and SO42-in saline alkali soil by ion chromatography(IC).Two soil samples from saline alkali soil in Xinjiang and Ningxia were selected.The orthogonal test was conducted to optimize the extraction process of soil water-soluble anions.The ratio of water-extract solution and soil showed a significant impact on the determination results of water-soluble ions.The extraction procedure was set as:the water and soil ratio was 5∶1,the oscillation time was 3 minutes,and the extraction solution was centrifuged prior to passing 0.45 μm filter membrane,the concentrations of water-soluble Cl-,NO3-and SO42-ions in the water-extract solution were simultaneously determined by IC.The results showed that the concentration range of standard working curves for determining the ions by IC was 0.2-20 mg/L.According to the results of measurements of blank data,the detection limits were 0.18 mg/kg for Cl-,0.12 mg/kg for NO3-and 0.38 mg/kg for SO42-,respectively.The relative standard deviation of measured values of each soil sample with 6 replicates was less than 5%.The recovery rate was in ranges of 90.6%-104%when adding the standard ion solution to the soil extracts.The results by IC for determining Cl-,NO3-and SO42-ions in the water-extract of saline alkali soil sampled form 11 different sites had good correlation with the measure values by other method.It was suggested that water-soluble Cl-,NO3-and SO42-ions were extracted from saline alkali soils could be simultaneously determined by IC with high accuracy and precision.
