沼液营养液对基质栽培蔬菜生长、养分吸收利用的影响

为探明沼液营养液在基质栽培蔬菜上的应用效果,试验以芹菜(Apium graveolens L.)和番茄(Solanum lycopersicum L.)为试验材料,以浇灌清水为对照(CK)、设置商品水溶肥营养液(WSF)、沼液(BS)、沼液营养液 1(BSF1)、沼液营养液 2(BSF2)4 个处理,分析不同营养液对蔬菜生长、SPAD与养分吸收利用的影响.结果表明,(1)WSF、BSF1、BSF2 处理增加了 2 种蔬菜的生长速率(GV)和生物量(BW).与CK相比,WSF、BSF1、BSF2 处理的芹菜GV分别增加了 94.74%、110.53%、102.63%,番茄GV分别提高了 18.27%、49.04%、29.81%;芹菜干重(DW)分别增加了 55.98%、85.42%、73.46%;番茄DW分别增加了 82.58%、137.33%、135.58%.BS处理的蔬菜生长量鲜重(FW)和DW与CK无显著差异.(2)WSF、BSF1、BSF2 处理显著提高了基质栽培蔬菜的总氮(TN)含量、提高了养分积累量(NAA)和肥料生理效率(PEF).与WSF处理相比,BS处理显著降低了 2 种蔬菜的肥料农学效率(AEF)、肥料利用率(UEF)、肥料贡献率(CRF),而BSF1 和BSF2 处理提高了番茄的AEF、UEF、CRF,分别提高了 78.24%、135.11%、36.60%和 85.63%、127.56%、41.83%.(3)采用平均加权法,通过对GV、BW、SPAD、UEF、AEF5 个指标的综合分析表明,不同处理在基质蔬菜上的应用效果依次为BSF1>BSF2>WSF>BS.综上分析,沼液均衡型营养液可通过提高基质栽培芹菜、番茄的GV和BW,增加TN含量、NAA和PEF,最终提高AEF、UEF、CRF,以BSF1 的效果最佳.
Effects of biogas slurry nutrient solution on growth and nutrients utilization of tomato and celery at substrate culture
In order to clarify the application effect of biogas slurry fertilizer on substrate cultivated vegetables,the celery(Apium graveolens L.)and tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)were used as test materials in this experiment.Irrigated water was used as control(CK),four treatments were set up,including commercial water-soluble fertilizer solution(WSF),biogas slurry solution(BS),balanced biogas slurry nutrient solution 1(BSF1)and balanced biogas slurry nutrient solution 2(BSF2).The effects of different treatments on the growth,SPAD,nutrient absorption and utilization of vegetables were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)WSF,BSF1 and BSF2 treatments increased the growth rate(GV)and biomass(BW)of the two vegetables.Compared with CK,the GV of celery treated with WSF,BSF1 and BSF2 treatments were increased by 94.74%,110.53%and 102.63%,respectively,and the GV of tomato were increased by 18.27%,49.04%and 29.81%,respectively.The dry weight(DW)of celery were increased by 55.98%,85.42%and 73.46%,respectively.DW of tomato were increased by 82.58%,137.33%and 135.58%,respectively.There was no significant difference between CK and BS treatment in FW and DW.(2)WSF,BSF1 and BSF2 treatments significantly increased the total nitrogen(TN)content,nutrient accumulation(NAA)and fertilizer physiological efficiency(PEF)of substrate cultivated vegetables.Compared with WSF treatment,BS treatment significantly reduced the fertilizer agronomic efficiency(AEF),fertilizer use efficiency(UEF)and fertilizer contribution rate(CRF)of the two vegetables,while BSF1 and BSF2 treatments increased the AEF,UEF and CRF of tomato by 78.24%,135.11%,36.60%,and 85.63%,127.56%,41.83%,respectively.(3)Using the average weighting method,through the comprehensive analysis of five indexes,including GV,BW,SPAD,UEF and AEF,the application effects of different treatments on substrate vegetables were BSF1>BSF2>WSF>BS.In summary,the biogas slurry balanced nutrient solution could increase the TN content,NAA and PEF by increasing the GV and BW of celery and tomato cultivated on substrate,and ultimately increased AEF,UEF and CRF,and BSF1 showed the best effect.
