摘要

国能榆林化工有限公司煤制甲醇装置以煤为原料,采用水煤浆气化技术生产粗煤气,粗煤气经过耐硫变换调整氢碳比、低温甲醇洗脱除杂质和酸性气体、精脱硫单元深度脱硫,最后进入甲醇合成系统生产粗甲醇产品.为了避免甲醇合成催化剂失活,保证生产正常运行,精脱硫单元采用国产深度净化脱硫剂CNTS-11在苛刻工况下进行脱硫.本文介绍了应用CNTS-11脱硫剂的具体情况,包括装填、工业运行数据、使用后的强度和硫容等.脱硫后,合成气中未检测出含硫物质,脱硫剂硫容达13.00%,比国内同类产品高出40%,且过程无副产物产生.

Abstract

The coal to methanol unit of CHN Energy Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.uses coal as raw material and adopts coal water slurry gasification technology to produce crude gas.The crude gas undergoes sulfur tolerant shift to adjust the hydrogen carbon ratio,rectisol process to remove impurities and acidic gases,fine desulfurization in the fine desulfurization unit,and finally enters the methanol synthesis system to produce crude methanol products.In order to avoid deactivation of methanol synthesis catalysts and ensure normal production operation,the refined desulfurization unit uses domestically produced deep purification desulfurizer CNTS-11 for desulfurization under harsh conditions.The specific application of CNTS-11 desulfurizer was introduced,including loading,industrial operation data,strength after use,and sulfur capacity.After desulfurization,no sulfur-containing substances are detected in the syngas.The sulfur capacity of desulfurizer reaches 13.00%,which is 40%higher than similar domestic products,and there are no by-products produced during the process.
