PI AF在罗家寨气田数字化转型中的应用实践

为了推进数字化转型工作,位于四川盆地东北部的罗家寨气田采用PI AF二次组态方式,在分析气田生产需求、应用现状及对PI AF工具的深入研究基础上,自主创建了多个基于实时/历史数据的管理模型,搭建了基于业务需求的场景应用平台,实现了生产数据、工艺事件的跟踪分析,提高了生产管理效率.研究结果表明:①罗家寨气田通过PI AF二次组态,搭建以资产管理为核心的数据孪生模型,实现了数据资产再利用;②通过对多源数据资产的自主整合、计算和分析,形成了覆盖气田采、集、输、净化装置、设备的数字工厂,实现了在办公网进行气田生产监控、预警和异常事件处置的数字化管理,提高了油气生产效率和决策能力,③从方案制订到组织实施,低成本实现了生产数据从生产网向办公网的跨网应用,为数字化转型之路进行了探索和实践.结论认为:罗家寨气田在探索应用的基础上,采用自主开发二次组态的低成本方式,为该气田推进"油公司"模式下的数字化转型、实现从"数"到"智"的跨越打下了良好的数据基础.
Application of PI AF to the digital transformation in Luojiazhai gasfield,northeastern Sichuan Basin
The PI AF quadratic configuration has been adopted to Luojiazhai gasfield to advance the digital transformation.After in-deep study on field production demand and this PI AF tool,we have independently established numerous manage-ment models based on real-time and historical data,and constructed a scenario application platform stemmed from busi-ness requirements so as to realize the tracking and analyzing production data and process events,and increase the efficien-cy of production management.Results show that(i)with asset management as the core,the data twin model has been built for this field through the PI AF quadratic configuration to achieve the reuse of data asset;(ⅱ)through the independent inte-gration,calculation and analysis of multi-source data asset,a digital factory covering production,gathering,transportation,and purification devices and equipment is formed,the digital management of production monitoring,early warning and ab-normal event disposal is realized in the office network,and the production efficiency and decision-making ability are en-hanced;and(ⅲ)for production data,the application of low-cost cross network to scheme preparation and organizational im-plementation is achieved from production network to office network,and the path to the digital transformation is explored.In conclusion,the low-cost method of independently developing quadratic configuration which has been applied to Luojia-zhai gasfield lays better data foundation to promote its digital transformation under the"oil company"mode and brings about the leap from"data"to"intelligence".
