长输管道与城燃管道合并后多气源调配方案研究

基于国家管网集团公司2019 年12 月挂牌成立的大背景,近年来天然气长输管道与城市燃气管道合并"一张网"格局逐步铺开.面对新的多气源混合供应、多家电厂不定性地调峰用气、管网末端新增用气用户需求等日趋复杂的工况,如何调配不同的多气源供应、优化终端用户用气管理、选取最优的改造方案,确保一体化管网的安全平稳运行,是亟待解决的重要技术难题.结合珠三角某城市群的一体化管网实际情况,以珠三角某天然气管网公司为例,通过采用华白指数法对该管网4 种气源进行互换性分析,并采用TGNET软件进行静态、动态水力计算和模拟仿真分析,从气质热值、气量、运行压力、事故工况、安全影响等方面进行了综合分析,提出适用于该一体化管网的最优气源调配方案和改扩建建议.应用结果对国内类似的多气源一体化管网的运行和建设具有借鉴意义.
Research on multiple gas source supply allocation scheme after the merger of long-distance gas pipelines and urban gas pipelines networks
With the establishment of the National Petroleum and Natural Gas Pipeline Network Group Co.,Ltd in December 2019,a significant shift has been observed in recent years toward the integration of long-distance and urban gas pipelines into a singular"one natural gas pipeline network."This integration presents complex technical challenges,particularly in managing the mix of multiple gas sources.The deployment of diverse supply sources,optimization of end-user gas usage management,and the selection of strategies for complex scenarios—such as the unpredictable peak shaving demands of power plants,new end-of-network gas users'demands,and ensuring the safe and stable operation of the integrated network—have become pressing issues.This study focuses on the Pearl River Delta's urban agglomeration and its integrated natural gas pipeline network.It employs the Wobbe index criterion to evaluate the interchangeability of four different gas sources within the network.Utilizing TGNET software,both steady state and dynamic hydraulic calculations and simulations are performed.Through simulation analysis,a comprehensive evaluation is conducted,taking into account factors such as the calorific value of the gas,gas flow,operating pressure,and incident scenarios,as well as the safety impacts.The study proposes an optimal gas source allocation strategy and modification and expansion recommendations tailored to the needs of the integrated natural gas pipeline network.These proposals are aimed at guiding the network's operation and future development;and serve as a reference for the efficient and safe management of integrated multi-source natural gas pipeline networks.
