LNG冷能利用技术研究进展

液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)冷能利用有利于中国冷产业低碳转型和健康发展.总结了LNG冷能用于发电、空气分离、液态CO2 与干冰制备、冷藏与制冰及冷冻海水淡化、食品冷加工、梯级利用等技术的典型研究成果和产业化实施情况.在此基础上,分析得出目前LNG冷能利用存在利用率低、投产项目单一等局限性.展望了以LNG冷能为核心,耦合闪蒸气(Boil-off Gas,BOG)燃烧发电、电压缩制冷、蓄冷及光伏发电和综合供能站等多种能源供给技术,以实现多能互补、储能调峰、智能调控、综合供能,形成特色区域冷产业集群,推动分布式产业协同发展的格局.
Research progress in LNG cold energy utilization technology
The utilization of liquefied natural gas(LNG)cold energy supports the low-carbon transformation and healthy growth of China's cold industry.This paper summarizes the typical research results on using LNG cold energy in power generation,air separation,liquid carbon dioxide and dry ice preparation,cooling and ice production,freezing desalination of seawater,food cold processing and cascaded utilization and other technologies,along with their industrial applications.It analyses the challenges of low cold energy utilization rate and the limitation of single-project in operation,and envisions the development of a cold industry cluster with LNG cold energy as the core.This cluster integrates auxiliary energy supply technologies such as Boil Off Gas(BOG)combustion power generation,electric-driven compression refrigeration,energy storage,and photovoltaic power generation and integrated energy supply stations to foster multi-energy complementarity,energy storage load balancing,intelligent control,and comprehensive energy supply,encouraging the collaborative growth of distributed industries.
