掺氢天然气输送与纯化技术研究进展

氢能作为一种零碳高效的能源载体和化工原料,是中国实现"双碳"目标和构建绿色低碳现代能源体系的重要支柱.在制约氢能产业化应用的诸多因素中,氢气的长距离输送是关键.依托现有成熟的天然气管道输送技术和健全的天然气管道基础设施,掺氢天然气管道输送有望实现远距离、大规模、低成本的氢能输运.首先综述了掺氢天然气管道输送技术的可行性、应用和示范项目;围绕掺氢天然气的分离提纯探讨了变压吸附、膜分离及变压吸附和膜分离耦合工艺的应用情况;最后基于川气东送管道估算出掺氢天然气输送、提纯氢的成本为 14.89 元/kg.相关研究可为掺氢天然气输送与纯化技术的发展提供了理论指导.
Research progress in hydrogen-blended natural gas transmission and hydrogen purification technologies
Hydrogen,as a zero-carbon energy carrier and chemical raw material,plays a critical role for China to realize its peak carbon dioxide emissions,carbon neutrality goals("dual carbon"goals)and develop a low-carbon,green modern energy system.Among the many factors constraining the industrial application of hydrogen energy,long-distance hydrogen transmission is a key challenge.Leveraging on existing mature natural gas pipeline transmission technology and well-established natural gas pipeline infrastructure,hydrogen-blended natural gas pipeline transmission holds promise for realizing long-distance,large-scale,and low-cost hydrogen transmission.This paper first provides an overview of the feasibility,application,and demonstration projects of hydrogen-blended natural gas technology.It then discusses the application of pressure swing adsorption,membrane separation,and their coupled processes for the separation and purification of hydrogen from blended natural gas.Finally,based on the Sichuan-to-Eastern China Gas Transmission Pipeline,the cost of transporting and purifying H2 is estimated to be 14.89 yuan/kg.This research provides theoretical guidance for the development of hydrogen-blended natural gas technologies.
