摘要

电驱压缩机是天然气管道输气作业的核心设备,受电源线路、供电设备等外界因素影响时产生电压暂降(又称晃电)而停机,影响天然气正常输送,造成不必要的经济损失.通过分析供电系统晃电对压缩机工艺操作流程产生的影响,从工艺控制、供电系统及设备功能等方面对电驱压缩机抗晃电需求提出新的工作思路和整体解决方案,并应用于电驱压缩机及配套辅助设施,各项措施和技术指标均满足电驱压缩机多变工况、安全运行的要求.抗晃电主要措施相互关联、同时工作,共同保证电驱压缩机连续运行,对天然气管道工程的设计、建设、运维具有指导意义.

Abstract

The compressor by power drive system(PDS)is the core equipment of natural gas pipeline transmission network.It may be tripped by external factors,such as voltage transient from substation feeder and power supply equipment,etc.The unplanned compressor station shutdown interrupts the gas transmission stability and results in unnecessary economic loss.By analyzing the impact of voltage transient to compressor operation,this paper presents a new idea for voltage transient management and summarizes the technical measures,including process control,power supply system and equipment functionalities,which are successfully applied to the compressor and the auxiliary units.Application experience proves that technical measures and technical specifications meet the electric driven compressor's multiple operating points and achieve stable operation.The paper gives the summary of technical measures which are interrelated and acted together to ensure compressors are not affected by electrical voltage transients.The conclusions and suggestions presented in this paper provide significant guidance for design,construction and maintenance of natural gas pipeline system engineering development.
