摘要

深水油田开发存在平台重量及空间限制、提高采收率方案限制等约束,面临着经济与环境的双重挑战,陆上碳捕集、利用与封存—提高油藏采收率(Carbon Capture,Utilization and Storage-Enhanced Oil Recovery,CCUS-EOR)方式并非完全适用.深水油田CCUS-EOR技术采用了基于产出气多级处理的产出—捕集—利用—埋存流程,建立了以海上浮式生产储卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading,FPSO)为中心的CO2 净零排放全海式油气水闭环处理体系,实现了油气开采、处理、储存和运输过程中的CO2 排放最小化;在FPSO产出流体全海式闭环处理的生产约束下,实施了高含CO2 产出气混相与水交替驱油开发方式,充分发挥出两种注入介质协同提高采收率的优势;深水油田CCUS-EOR技术合理注入参数优选与油藏管理体系,助力达到最佳的提高采收率与CO2 埋存效果.FPSO生产与产出气循环回注方式下的深水油田CCUS-EOR技术为深水油田的绿色开发提供了一种新的解决方案,对推动全球能源行业的低碳转型具有重要意义.

Abstract

The development of deepwater oil fields faces numerous constraints,such as platform weight and space limitations,as well as restrictions on enhanced oil recovery schemes,posing economic and environmental challenges.The onshore Carbon Capture,Utilization,and Storage-Enhanced Oil Recovery(CCUS-EOR)development mode is not entirely applicable.Deepwater CCUS-EOR technology adopts a production-capture-utilization-storage process based on multi-stage treatment of produced gas,establishing a zero-emission,offshore oil,gas,and water closed-loop processing system centered around the Floating Production Storage and Offloading(FPSO)unit,achieving minimum CO2 emissions during the processes of oil and gas extraction,processing,storage,and transportation.Under the production constraints of the offshore closed-loop processing of produced fluids from FPSO,a development method of combining high CO2 content miscible produced gas and water alternating flooding for oil recovery has been implemented,fully leveraging the synergistic advantages of the two-injection media to enhance oil recovery.Deepwater CCUS-EOR technology requires the optimal selection of injection parameters and the adoption of a deepwater CCUS-EOR reservoir management system,thereby achieving the best results in enhanced oil recovery and CO2 storage.The deepwater CCUS-EOR technology,under the FPSO production and recycling injection of produced gas method,provides a new solution for the green development of deepwater oil fields and is of significant importance for promoting the low-carbon transformation of the global energy industry.
