The Legal Guarantee Path for Cultural Revitalization in Western Ethnic Regions
Cultural revitalization lies at the heart of the rural revitalization strategy.To safeguard and promote this revitalization in the western ethnic areas,the rule of law can be pursued in three ways,based on the region's resource endowment and development status quo:First,it is important to adhere to the main line of the Party's and the country's ethnic work.This can be achieved by relying on existing cultural heritage laws and regulations.It is also important to take the initiative to cultivate a number of representative projects of cultural heritage that are holistic,systematic,and distinctive.The'Law on Cultural Heritage'should be implemented with the basic concept of holistic protection.The task is to combine the concepts of'modern governance'and'traditional governance',implement relevant industrial laws,and further regulate the order of cultural industries in rural areas.Additionally,the opportunity of regional coordinated legislation should be taken.Thirdly,we should utilize regional cooperative legislation to innovate the Cultural Synergy Law and establish a new model for regional cooperative protection and long-term preservation of national culture.
