Practical Exploration and Optimization Path of the Collective Economy Led by the grass-roots Party organizations in the Perspective of Social Governance:Taking Guizhou Jinsha County as An Example
New arrangements are made for improving the social governance system posed in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Improving the social governance system,enhancing the effectiveness of social governance,and constant promoting the modernization of social governance can both make society have a good order and vitality for development and lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the realization of common prosperity.The collective economy led by the grass-roots Party organizations is an effective carrier for social governance led by Party organization construction,which has not only the advantage of economic driving to promote common prosperity,but also has the efficiency of social governance to constantly improve the level of social governance.On the basis of fully respecting the will of farmers,agricultural intensive management methods are adopted to promote the rapid and efficient development of village collective economy.It is not only a powerful starting point for developing and strengthening the rural collective economy,consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with rural revitalization,but also enhances the cohesion of the grass-roots Party organizations in rural areas,and plays an important role in consolidating the Party's ruling foundation in rural areas.The collective economic entity led by the grass-roots Party organizations in Jinsha county has achieved initial results in promoting planning,research and judgment,policy implementation,standardized monitoring and management,and exploration and demonstration driving around the standardization,materialization and connotative development ideas.However,how to further transform the political and organizational advantages of the Party organization into development advantages and industrial advantages,stimulating the internal power of the masses,promoting the construction of talent teams,and optimizing the external environment and other methods can be considered.
