Research on the Measurement and Driving Mechanism of High-Quality Development Level of Hefei and Lu'an Integration
Based on data from Hefei and Lu'an cities from 2006 to 2021,this article constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development level of Heliu urbanization.The entropy method is used to measure it,and a panel data model is used to examine the driving mechanism of the high-quality development level of Heliu urbanization from both internal and external dimensions.It is found that the high-quality development level of Hefei and Lu'an is on the rise,and the development level of Hefei is significantly better than the development level of Lu'an.In the high-quality development level index group of Hefei and Lu'an,the integration of elements and industries has always been in the forefront,while the integration of transportation,opening and ecology ranks second successively.From the endogenous perspective,ecological integration,transportation integration,opening up,industry integration and elements integration have a significant impact on the high-quality development level of Hefei and Lu'an integration.The integration of ecology and transportation is the main driving force.Compared with the former,the driving role of the integration of industries and elements is limited.In the future,we should open and cooperate,focus on the innovation chain of the industrial chain,and improve the free flow of factor resources.From the exogenous perspective,top-level design and digital technology are the main driving forces for the high-quality development of Hefei and Lu'an integration,and the unified market and consumption upgrading show insignificant negative impact.In the future,we should further strengthen the construction of a unified market and provide effective supply and quality.
