Exploration and Reflection on the Value-Added Evaluation of College Students Based on IEO Model
Based on the questionnaire survey results of undergraduate students majoring in in teacher education at a certain university in Province G,this study uses the traditional summative evaluation method and value-added evaluation method to compare and analyze the actual situation and influencing mechanism of students'value-added learning through SPSS 27.0 software.The results show that the value-added evaluation method can make up for the shortcomings and deficiencies of the traditional summative evaluation of"focusing on results"and"only scores",effectively breaking the common"ceiling effect"and"floor effect"in student evaluation,and is more conducive to realizing the dynamic monitoring of student development,establishing an effective incentive mechanism,and promoting the optimal design of teaching and learning process.
