The Evolutionary Logic of Training Policies for Primary and Secondary School Principals from the Perspective of Historical Institutionalism
The training policy for primary and secondary school principals in China,as an important guarantee for their professional development,has gone through three stages:initiation,consolidation and improvement,and deepening reform.From the perspective of historical institutionalism,macro institutional background,meso level multivariate variables,and micro level subject behavior are structural factors that affect the changes in training policies for primary and secondary school principals,while path dependence and key nodes are the historical logic that constitutes the changes in training policies for primary and secondary school principals.Therefore,optimizing the training policy for primary and secondary school principals:firstly,we need to establish a collaborative mechanism to encourage stakeholders to move from"passive participation"to"active collaboration";Secondly,we must focus on key points and create an environment for the growth of education-oriented principals.
