中国新质生产力发展水平测度及影响因素研究

以中国 30 个省(自治区、直辖市)作为研究区域,从新劳动者、新劳动对象以及新生产资料三个核心维度对新质生产力的发展水平进行了全面评估,深入分析了影响新质生产力发展水平的各种因素.研究发现,在样本期间内中国新质生产力的发展水平实现了年均7.64%的提升;新质生产力的前期积累对当期发展产生了积极的正向循环和显著的示范效应,进一步推动了新质生产力发展的"提升效应";技术创新、产业结构升级、市场化水平、政府干预对新质生产力发展水平存在显著的促进作用;各因素在不同时期或不同地域对新质生产力发展的贡献程度具有显著差异性.因此,要因地制宜发展新质生产力,不断拓宽新质生产力的发展空间;需坚持有效市场与有为政府有机结合,协力推动科技创新;应坚持以市场为导向,以人才为支撑,以产业为基础,以区域合作为纽带,推动生产力不断向前发展.
Study on the Measurement and Influencing Factors of New Quality Productivity in China
Taking 30 provinces in China as the research objects,the development level of new quality productive forces is comprehensively evaluated from the three core dimensions of new workers,new labor objects and new means of production,and various factors affecting the development level of new quality productive forces are deeply analyzed.It is found that during the sample period,the development level of new quality productivity in China achieved an average annual increase of 7.64%.The early accumulation of new quality productivity produced a positive cycle and significant demonstration effect on the current development,and further promoted the"promotion effect"of the development of new quality productivity.Technological innovation,industrial structure upgrading,marketization level and government intervention significantly promoted the development level in different periods or different regions.Therefore,it is necessary to develop new quality productive forces according to local conditions and continuously expand the development space of new quality productive forces.We should adhere to the organic combination of effective market and competent government to promote scientific and technological innovation.We should be market-oriented,supported by talents,industry-based and regional cooperation to promote the continuous development of productive forces.
