热处理温度对0Cr21Al6热轧板材组织结构及性能的影响

为提高热轧态0Cr21A16合金板材的组织均匀性和塑性,以改善其高温性能及冷加工特性,分析研究了不同温度的热处理试验及组织性能.采用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、Gleeble高温热拉伸实验、扫描电镜和纳米压痕仪等研究了热处理前后0Cr21Al6合金板材的显微组织和力学性能.结果表明,通过热处理的方式改善0Cr21Al6合金板材的组织均匀性,在960℃保温6 min 40 s后快速冷却,晶粒平均尺寸为42 μm,整体的晶粒尺寸相对于940、980、1 000、1 020℃热处理后较为均匀、细小,硬度和塑性达到最佳匹配,断裂韧度KIC在960℃处理下达到最佳,拥有最佳的综合性能,可有效避免生产过程中材料的脆性断裂问题.另外Gleeble实验显示1 000℃以上的热处理温度不再适合于热加工.
Effect of Heat Treatment Temperature on Microstructure and Properties of 0Cr21Al6 Hot Rolled Sheet
In order to investigate the microstructure uniformity and plasticity of hot-rolled 0Cr21A16 alloy sheet and im-prove its high temperature and cold working characteristics,heat treatment tests and microstructure properties analysis were carried out at different temperatures.The microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr21Al6 alloy sheet before and after heat treatment were studied by optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction(XRD),Gleeble high temperature thermal tensile test,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and nanoindentation.The results show that the microstructure unifor-mity of 0Cr21Al6 alloy sheet can be improved by heat treatment,and the average grain size is about 42 μm after holding at 960℃for 6 min 40 s,and the overall grain size is relatively uniform and fine compared with at 940、980、1 000、1 020℃heat treatment,the hardness and plasticity are the best combination,and the fracture toughness KIC is the best after 960℃heat treatment.With the best comprehensive performance,it can effectively avoid the brittle fracture of materials in the production process.In addition,Gleeble test shows that the heat treatment temperature over 1 000℃is no longer suitable for hot processing.
