摘要
解放战争时期及新中国成立初期,中国共产党为更好完成城市接管工作做了充分准备.在接管青岛的工作中,中国共产党充分吸收和借鉴接管其他城市的经验和教训,立足青岛实际,为顺利、有序、完整地接管青岛做了大量的准备工作,主要包括对城市进行调查研究、组建专门的接管机构、抽调和培训接管干部、开展接管城市的统战和宣传工作、对接管人员加强党的城市政策和纪律教育等.中国共产党的一系列接管准备工作,为有序接管青岛创造了条件,也为接管后青岛城市的恢复和重建打下了坚实基础.
Abstract
During the period of the Liberation War and the early establishment of New Chi-na,the CPC made sufficient preparations to better take over the city.In the process of tak-ing over Qingdao,the CPC fully absorbed and learned from the experiences and lessons in the other cities.Based on the actual situation of Qingdao,they made extensive preparations for a smooth,orderly,and complete takeover of the city,including conducting investigation and research on the city,establishing specialized takeover institution,selecting and training cadres,conducting united front and publicity,strengthening the Party's policies and disci-pline education for the personnel in charge,and etc.The series of preparations created con-ditions for the orderly takeover of Qingdao,and laid a solid foundation for the recovery and reconstruction of the city after the takeover.
