The"Three Thirds System"democracy was a political system created by the Com-munist Party of China during Yan'an period,which creatively combined the Marxist demo-cratic principles with the specific circumstances of China.As an initial exploration of the whole-process people's democracy by the Chinese Communist Party,this model not only played a crucial role in consolidating the counter-Japanese national united front but also holds significant guiding significance for advancing the development of whole-process peo-ple's democracy and promoting the construction of socialist democracy with Chinese charac-teristics in the new era.
