摘要
共同富裕是新时代平等的集中体现和核心价值诉求,蕴含着深刻的平等理念,因此共同富裕平等观适合作为新时代中国特色社会主义平等观的标识性概念.新时代需要共同富裕平等观,以适应社会主要矛盾变化、应对价值观挑战、化解不平等问题;新时代产生共同富裕平等观,具备形成共同富裕平等观的历史前提以及实践根基、物质基础、思想资源、制度保障和精神状态等现实条件;新时代形塑共同富裕平等观,使其具有全民性、全面性、总体性和历史性等时代特点.
Abstract
Common prosperity is a concentrated embodiment and core value appeal of equality in the new era,embodying profound egalitarian principles.Therefore,the concept of com-mon prosperity and equality is suitable as a symbolic concept of socialist equality with Chi-nese characteristics in the new era.The new era requires this concept to adapt to changes in the primary social contradictions,address challenges to values,and resolve inequality is-sues.The emergence of this concept in the new era has historical prerequisites and practical conditions necessary for its formation,the latter including practical foundation,material ba-sis,ideological resources,institutional guarantees,and spiritual state etc.Shaping the con-cept of common prosperity and equality in the new era gives it the characteristics of being comprehensive,universal,holistic,and historical.
