摘要
文章利用技术接受模型(TAM)分析了数字化文化作品用户使用意愿的影响因素,并分析了影响因素之间的关系.结果表明,感知易用性和感知有用性是影响数字化文化作品使用意愿的关键因素;内容品质和真实感体验是影响感知易用性的关键因素;价格敏感性和真实感体验是影响感知有用性的关键因素;而娱乐使用动机和学习使用动机对感知易用性和感知有用性影响不显著.基于此,提出了提升数字化文化作品用户使用意愿的有关策略.
Abstract
The paper uses the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM)to study the influen-cing factors for the user's willingness to use digital cultural works,and analyzes the rela-tionship between the influencing factors.The results show that the perceived ease in use and the perceived usefulness are key factors to affect the willingness.Content quality and realis-tic experience are key factors to affect perceived ease in use.Price sensitivity and realistic experience are key factors to affect perceived usefulness.However,the motivation for enter-tainment and learning have no significant impact on perceived ease in use and perceived use-fulness.Based on this,relevant strategies have been proposed to enhance the willingness of users to use digital cultural works.
