摘要

发挥学生主体性是优化高校日常管理的必然选择.针对当前高校日常管理中存在的大学生主体性意识淡薄、参与权利弱化、参与行为偏少等问题,高校应转变观念预设、回归本体功能、激发主体意识,引导学生发挥主体作用,提升日常管理效能.

Abstract

Empowering student subjectivity is an inevitable choice for optimizing the daily management of college.In response to the current issues of weak college student subjectivi-ty,diminished participation rights,and limited engagement in daily management,it is nec-essary for colleges to change their preset conception,return to the ontological function,stimulate student subjectivity,guide students to play an active role,and enhance the effi-ciency of daily management.
