The officials from the ethnic minority form an important part of the CPC's official team.The Mongolian official policy during the Yan'an period was a successful attempt by the CPC to cultivate ethnic officials.Different from the tactics used by Japanese imperialism to divide the Mongols and the Kuomintang'"Han chauvinism",the CPC trained Mongolian officials through the establishment of schools and research institutions,as well as theoretical study and production practice.As a result,the Mongolian officials became an essential link for the CPC to contact and mobilize the Mongolian people,and also contributed its own strength to the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the War of Liberation.At present,China is at the crucial stage of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to do a good job in ethnic work,we must continue to adhere to the leader-ship of the CPC,maintain close ties with the people from the ethnic minorities,build a team of high-quality ethnic officials,and lay a solid talent foundation for the comprehensive con-struction of a modern socialist country.
