摘要

通过调查问卷收集装配式住宅购买意愿样本,并应用结构方程模型进行实证分析.结果显示,装配式住宅认知、政府激励、数智化发展对购买意愿有正向影响,购买意愿对购买行为有正向影响.因此,为了有效提高消费者对装配式住宅的购买意愿,参与装配式建筑项 目的企业要加大宣传力度,提高人们的认知度;生产企业要不断提升装配式住宅的数智化水平,提高用户的体验感;政府要增大激励力度,促进消费者将购买意愿转变成购买行为.

Abstract

A sample of purchase willingness of prefabricated houses was collected through questionnaires,and empirical analysis was conducted with structural equation model.The results show that cognition of prefabricated houses,government incentives,and the devel-opment of digital intelligence have a positive impact on the purchase willingness,and pur-chase willingness has a positive impact on purchase behavior.Therefore,in order to effec-tively improve consumers'willingness,the enterprises participating in prefabricated con-struction projects should increase publicity to enhance people's awareness;the production enterprises should continuously improve the digital and intelligent level of prefabricated hou-ses to enhance users'experience;the government should increase incentives to promote con-sumers'transformation of purchase willingness into purchase behavior.
