绿色转型背景下建筑材料行业技术创新效率测度及评价——以2017-2021年我国35家上市公司为例

Measurement and Evaluation of Technological Innovation Efficiency of Listed Companies in the Construction Material Industry in the Context of Green Transformation:Case Study for China's 35 Listed Companies from 2017 to 2021

基于2017-2021年我国建筑材料行业35家上市公司数据,运用DEA-Malmquist指数模型对行业整体技术创新效率进行测算和差异性分析.研究结果表明,我国建筑材料行业技术创新效率呈下降趋势,主要原因在于行业的规模效应不足、技术成熟度不高以及资源配置效率较低.进一步检验发现,细分行业间的技术创新效率差别不大,但地区间的技术创新效率呈现出不均衡的态势.基于此,分别从国家、细分行业、地区及企业的角度提出提高技术创新效率的相关建议,即应加强财政资金引导、建设一体化技术服务平台、引进复合型人才以及寻求多元化盈利模式等.
Based on the data of 35 listed companies in China's construction material industry from 2017 to 2021,this paper employs the DEA Malmquist index method to measure the o-verall innovation efficiency and analyze the variation in the industry.The results show that the innovation efficiency in China's construction material industry s is on the decline,which is mostly due to the inadequate scale of the industry,the low technological maturity,and the ineffective resource allocation.Further study demonstrates that the innovation efficiency va-ries little between industries,but it is uneven throughout the regions.Based on the above,this paper proposes relevant recommendations from the aspects of the nation,the industry,the subdivided region and the enterprises,including financial guidance,the integrated tech-nological service platform construction,the inter-disciplinary talents introduction,and diver-sified profit models,so as to improve the technological innovation efficiency.
