The article mainly introduces the relevant research contents of Professor Duan Yaoqing's 2023 National Social Science Fund Major Project winning title"Research on Theories,Methods and Applications of Measurement and Evaluation of Digital Government Construction Effectiveness".Firstly,it elaborates on the background of digital government construction,and clarifies the significance and necessity of measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of digital government construction.Then it sorts out the research progress related to digital government evaluation,and finds out the problems and breakthrough space in existing researches;it introduces the overall research framework and main research contents of this topic,and summarizes the research ideas and main research methods.Finally,it proposes the key points,difficulties and innovations of this project.
