Study on the Happiness Index,Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Level of Contemporary Children's Librarians
This article summarizes the demographic characteristics of a sample of children's librarians using a questionnaire survey and comprehensively measures and systematically analyzes the professional evaluation status and influencing factors of children's librarians in terms of happiness index,job satisfaction and organizational commitment level,and proposes targeted suggestions to enhance the happiness of children's librarians.The study found that the overall educational level of children's librarians is relatively low,with most lacking a professional background,indicating a need for increased professionalization.Children's librarians exhibit high happiness index,job satisfaction and organizational commitment level.Additionally,the income of children's librarians significantly influences their subjective well-being,and various demographic characteristics significantly impact their organizational commitment level but have no significant impact on job satisfaction.
