The article takes various types of children's librarians and related groups as research objects,and uses network survey,field survey and interview methods to conduct research on a total of 34 public libraries in Shandong Province,Zhejiang Province,Jiangsu Province,Guangdong Province,Fujian Province and Shanghai City in China.By conducting face-to-face interviews with the curators,childrens service managers and librarians of the research subjects,interview data are obtained.This paper encodes and analyzes the interview texts and summarizes the present situation of cultivating childrens librarians in China from three aspects:team building,on-the-job training and professional education.
