Study on Health Information Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries—— Based on the Perspective of Information Ecology Theory
This article analyzes the evaluation elements of health information service quality of public library based on grounded theory,constructs a health information service quality evaluation system of public library,and selects 10 public libraries in China as research objects to conduct empirical research on the quality evaluation of public library health information service.Based on this,it proposes health information service strategies for public libraries based on the perspective of information ecology theory,such as strengthening the construction of information service subjects and improving users health information literacy;paying attention to the quality of health information resources and improving the level of health information services;increasing investment in information technology and paying attention to usering information technology experience and security protection;promoting the construction of information service platforms and consolidating the health information service environment basis.
