This paper summarizes the elements of digital scholarship services capabilities of university librarians,constructs a hierarchical development model of digital scholarship services capabilities of university librarians combining the development process of digital scholarship services.It puts forward improvement strategies of digital scholarship services capabilities of university librarians:advocate the concept of digital scholarship services to alleviate the technical pressure on librarians;cultivate digital awareness and thinking,master digital tools and technical skills;support project-based training and focus on evaluating project effectiveness;develop digital scholarship practice communities and promote cross departmental and cross institutional exchanges and cooperation.
