The article is based on the Fishbin model and sorts out the current situation and problems of promoting red short videos in public libraries in China.It proposes a theoretical framework and practical strategies for promoting red short videos in public libraries based on this model,which is to customize the design of high-quality red short video content based on user profiles;implement user interest management for red short videos based on network opinion leaders and short video matrices;relying on three-dimensional interactive strategies to guide users behavior in using red short videos.
