The article conducted in-depth interviews with 18 researchers in the field of information resource management based on theory and meaning construction theory,and extracted the constituent elements of the integration of new qulity productivity in the information resource management disciplines through structured processing of interview data.Research has shown that data elements,technological elements,policy elements,and information literacy are the key elements for the integration of new quality productivity in the information resource management.Based on this,a research system for the integration of new quality productivity in the information resource management is constructed based on literature driven and technology driven approaches,and corresponding promotion paths are proposed,such as focusing on data element research and consolidating the data foundation for the construction of new quality productivity,taking technology policy and industrial policy research as the starting point and providing service guarantees for the development of new qulity productivity,cultivating high-quality new talents based on information literacy education.
