Promotion Paths of National Digital Literacy Education in Public Libraries from the Perspective of Activity Theory
The article is based on activity theory from a multidimensional dynamic perspective to analyze the five major activity elements of public library national digital literacy education,including subject,object,community,rules,tools,and division of labor,as well as the system structure divided into four subsystems:production,sharing,communication and cooperation.The article examines the practical difficulties and proposes ways to promote the improvement of national digital literacy education in public libraries in China:strengthen resource construction and improves service quality;strengthen the cultivation of librarians internally and enhance publicity and promotion externally;strive for government support to promote and leverage the guidance of professional organizations;continuously carrying out cross-border cooperation,optimizing community operation and management.
