摘要
文章采用文献调研、网站调研、电话调研和案例分析方法调查我国公共图书馆古籍主题空间服务实践,从服务主体、服务项目、服务资源和服务渠道四方面分析其发展现状与存在的问题,并提出具体发展对策,即全方位利用馆内外主体的优势资源、定向开发契合用户需求的服务项目、提高纸本资源与数字资源建设质量、建立全场景覆盖的一体化服务渠道.
Abstract
The article uses literature research,online research,telephone research and case analysis methods to investigate the practices of ancient book theme space service in public libraries in China.It analyzes the development status and problems from four aspects:service subjects,service items,service resources and service channels,and it puts specific development strategies:comprehensively utilizing the advantages of the main resources inside and outside the museum,developing targeted service projects that meet user needs,improving the quality of paper and digital resource construction,establishing an integrated service channel covering all scenarios.
