文章采用文献调研和访谈方法,从培养单位、培养目标、培养方向、培养方式和培养管理5个方面分析图书情报硕士专业学位(MLIS)研究生培养现状,指出MLIS研究生培养存在的问题,在此基础上从明确目标定位,培养应用型MLIS专业人才;优化课程体系,提升MLIS研究生职业能力;推进产教融合,构建MLIS研究生实践基地;落实双导师制,提高MLIS研究生论文质量;推进案例教学,举办MLIS研究生案例大赛5个方面提出MLIS研究生培养路径.
Research on the Status and Paths of the Training of Master of Library and Information Science
The article adopts literature research and interview methods to analyze the status of MLIS graduate training from five aspects:training units,training objectives,training directions,training methods and training management.It points out the problems in MLIS graduate training,and based on this,proposes practical paths for MLIS graduate training in five aspects:clarify the target positioning to cultivate applied MLIS professionals;optimize the curriculum system and enhance the professional abilities of MLIS graduate students;promote the integration of industry and education,and build an MLIS graduate practice base;implement a dual mentor system to improve the quality of MLIS graduate theses;promote case teaching and hold MLIS graduate case competitions.
