The article reviews relevant research on red literature,combines the current situation and shortcomings of digital construction of red literature,and proposes strategies for the organization and utilization of red literature from digital perspective,namely building a professional talent team to promote cross regional technological exchange;promote the co-construction and sharing of red literature resource,and carry out targeted digitization construction of red literature;fully utilize the red literature database and integrate red digital resources;realize multi-subject and multidisciplinary cooperation,and promote the digital construction of red literature;efforts will be made to rescue folk literature and expand the red literature resource library;activate red cultural resources by integrating cultural and tourism environments.
