Research on the Collaboration between Public Libraries and Communities to Carry out Visual Impairment Services——Taking Public Libraries in Beijing as an Example
The article adopts network research and literature research methods,selects first grade public libraries in Beijing as the survey objects,sorts out the cooperation between public libraries and communities in carrying out visually impaired services from 3 aspects:cooperation form,target,content,summarizes 4 community cooperation models:co-construction and sharing,mutual benefit and win-win,extended services and volunteer services,and puts the existing problems.And,it proposes strategies for public libraries and communities to cooperate in carrying out visually impaired services,namely increasing government guidance and support,improving the institutional standards for community participation in visually impaired services,strengthening the awareness of community cooperation in public libraries,and strengthening the co-construction and sharing of visually impaired resources.
