Influencing Factors and Promotion Strategies of University Teachers'Information Literacy
This paper adopts the grounded theory method,conducts interviews with 33 university teachers,and analyzes and explores the influencing factors of university teachers'information literacy.The research finds that individual characteristics,organizational environment,social context,informatization cognition,informatization emotion,and informatization willingness will have a positive impact on university teachers'information literacy.Based on this,promotion strategies of information literacy of university teachers are proposed:increase the policy supply and implement the top-level design of information literacy cultivation;improve the digital infrastructure and create a high-quality digital educational environment;perfect the cultivation system and build a diversified training mechanism;cultivate the teachers subjective awareness and set up a correct digital technology concept.
