Accessibility of Rural Public Digital Cultural Services in Context of Chinese Modernization:Connotation,Evaluation Dimension and Practice Orientation
This paper reviews the existing research results to explain the connotation of the accessibility of rural public digital cultural services from the two levels of"use"and"match",constructs the evaluation dimension of rural public digital cultural services accessibility from the three dimensions of equalization standardization and precision,and integrates the characteristics of digital technology elements.Then taking overall governance as the starting point,through the construction of a three-spiral model of equalization,standardization and precision,a practical dimension on the accessibility of rural public digital cultural services is proposed.that is,to achieve regional coordination of service accessibility through"equalization",to achieve dynamic adjustment of service accessibility through"standardization",and to achieve supply and demand matching of service accessibility through"precision".
