This paper analyses the characteristics of connotation and massive data,multimodel fusion,cognitive interaction of library alliances in the perspective of generative AI,summarizes the core elements of library alliances in the perspective of generative AI from five dimensions:alliance subjects,alliance environment,alliance goals,alliance resources and alliance operation processes.And the development paths of library alliances in the perspective of generative AI are proposed,which include enhancing the main consciousness and educational ability of librarians,constructing a stable and efficient alliance environment,enhancing the generative digital literacy of librarians,formulating alliance content production and protection systems,and constructing alliance operation process norms and guarantee mechanisms.
