Z世代大学生算法素养现状及培育路径

文章在算法素养概念框架下,采用参与式观察和半结构化访谈方法,考察Z世代大学生在算法平台日常使用过程中的算法感知和应对行为.研究发现,大学生受到算法黑箱的困扰及算法智能化权力的操纵,并指出图书馆在信息素养教育实践中可从3个方面着手培育大学生的算法素养,即提升信息环境认知力,引导大学生批判性审视算法系统;增强个人隐私保护力,指导大学生防范算法风险;提升驾驭算法技能,强化大学生算法应对能力.
Status and Cultivation Paths of Algorithm Literacy Among Generation Z College Students
Under conceptual framework of algorithm literacy,this article adopts methods of participant observation and semi-structured interviews,examines the algorithm perception and coping behavior in the daily use of algorithm platforms Generation Z college students.Research has found that college students are troubled by the algorithmic black box and manipulated by the power of algorithmic intelligence.The article points out that library can cultivate college students'algorithm literacy from three aspects in the practice of information literacy education:improving their awareness of the information environment and guiding college students to critically examine algorithm systems;promoting the protection of personal privacy and guiding college students to prevent algorithmic risks;improving the skills of controlling algorithms and strengthening college students'ability to cope with algorithms.
