Collaborative Integration Development Strategies between University Libraries and Digital Academic Publishers——Based on the Industrial Value Chain Theory Perspective
On the basis of analyzing the constraints of resource construction,copyright protection,and market operation faced by university libraries and digital academic publishers,this article explains the role of industrial value chain theory in solving such contradictions,designs a collaborative and integrated logical framework between university libraries and digital academic publishers based on the theory of industrial value chain,and proposes corresponding development strategies:referring to the resource value chain management concept,adopting diversified digital academic resource procurement methods and designing local storage mechanisms for academic resources to improve the efficiency of digital academic resource construction;Drawing on the technology value chain management concept,collaborating with digital academic publishers in resource service technology,publishing service technology,and copyright management technology to strengthen their ability and security foundation in participating in digital academic publishing;According to the market value chain management logic,collaborating with digital academic publishers to innovate product content and build a marketing channel system,collaborating to cultivate a high stickiness user market.
