Strategies of Library Digital Service from a Cross-cultural Perspective
This paper uses literature review and theoretical analysis methods,applies cultural dimension theory,high and low context culture theory,privacy theory and information behavior theory,analyzes the privacy perceptions and information behaviors of users in different cultural contexts,and proposes cross-cultural digital service strategies for libraries from four aspects:designing personalized service,privacy protection strategies,applying information behavior theory to optimize digital services,responding to the challenges of technological change and cultural diversity.
