Value,Connotation and Implementation Mechanism of Library Algorithm Governance
The article points out that algorithm governance is the core paradigm for achieving virtual real isomorphism in library governance from the perspective of value analysis,a dual leap in library governance tools and governance values,and a leapfrog transformation in library governance mechanisms.Based on the three dimensions of relationship mechanism,development process and essential meaning,this paper analyzes the connotation of library algorithm governance,explores the practical mechanism of library algorithm governance including code rule management,algorithm decision control and algorithm risk regulation,and proposes corresponding guarantee mechanisms,namely building platform based organization,regulating the rights and responsibilities of algorithm participation in governance,and balancing the relationship between data utilization and rights protection.
