The article explores the role and value of library prompts engineering,summarizes two paradigms of prompts engineering design,constructs the"CIFE"framework of library prompts engineering design,and proposes the implementation paths of library prompts engineering,which is to build a library prompts library based on multiple scenarios and applications,formulate design standards for library prompts engineering,cultivate prompts engineers in the library field,test prompts performance and avoid risks.
