This paper focuses on the short videos of ancient books in the TikTok platform published by the provincial public library,analyzes its current situation from four aspects of quantity,style,subject content and influence,clarifies the existing problems,and puts forward the development strategies of the ancient books short videos of public libraries,that is,take content as the core to enhance memory;pay attention to details and create an immersive atmosphere;maintain high sensitivity and choose the best release time;accumulate development potential and enhance internal operational capabilities;introduce social forces and collaborate with multiple parties for development.
