Promoting Paths of Cultural Governance in Public Libraries
This article elaborates on the positioning of public libraries in modern cultural governance,analyzes their cultural governance functions such as cultural dissemination,social education,humanistic cultivation,and collaborative cooperation,and points out that the cultural governance of public libraries should follow the principles of collaborative progress,full capacity,and equal rights and interests.It also proposes promoting paths of cultural governance of public libraries,which includes strengthing awareness of cultural governance,improving governance guarantees system,innovating governance cooperation mechanisms,and providing professional skills support.
