The article interprets the connotation of the new media service ecosystem in libraries in the digital intelligence era,and constructs a library new media service ecosystem based on five ecological factors:people,resources,media,technology and environment.This paper analyses its interactive structure and operating mechanism,and strategies of library service based on the new media service ecosystem in the digital intelligence era are proposed,which is to shape smart librarians and smart users,activate user value co creation;establish a resource guarantee ecosystem and promote the interconnection and sharing of resources;promote the deep integration of"library+social media"and build a full media service system;emphasize the empowerment of digital intelligence and promote harmonious coexistence between humans and technology;adhere to sustainable development principle and create a green ecosystem.
